Our Mining and Energy Department is a robust section of our practice. We provide advisory services to local and international clients on all types of mineral rights and the requirements for retention of such mineral rights, securing permits required under Ugandan law to conduct operations under all types of mineral rights, drafting all necessary agreements, partaking of all negotiations with national and international players to obtain our client’ best interest, appearing before courts of law and quasi-judicial courts to represent our clients.
